Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing and sour cream. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.

In another bowl, combine Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, melted butter, and shredded cheese. Press mixture over the ranch layer.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Step 6
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore the crispy topping. Avoid microwaving to prevent sogginess.
