Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Step 3: Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Step 4: Roast for 25–30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
Step 5: Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness. Avoid microwaving as it may make the cauliflower soggy.
