Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

Step 2: In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar until a crumbly dough forms.

Step 3: Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

Step 4: Bake the crust for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden, then remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Step 5: In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Step 6: Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Step 7: Arrange peach slices evenly over the crust, then pour the cream mixture over the top.

Step 8: Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is set.

Step 9: Allow to cool completely, then spread whipped topping over the top before slicing into bars.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Serve chilled for best texture. These bars can be frozen for up to 1 month; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
