Step 7: Add the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.

Step 8: Return the steak to the skillet and toss with the vegetables until heated through and coated in the sauce.

Step 9: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and sliced chili peppers.

Step 10: In a bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.

Step 11: Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, then toss with the salad.

Step 12: Serve the pepper steak hot alongside the crispy fries and fresh salad.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover steak and vegetables in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Keep fries and salad separate to maintain their texture.

Reheat the steak mixture in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes or until warmed through.

For the crispiest results, reheat fries in an oven or air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes.

Prepare the salad fresh when serving, as dressed salad does not store well.
