Philly Cheesesteak Bacon Bombs

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the red onion until softened, about 3 minutes. Add chopped steak, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.

Step 3: Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round. Place a cube of cheese in the center, top with a spoonful of the steak mixture.

Step 4: Fold the dough up around the filling and pinch to seal. Wrap each dough ball with half a slice of bacon.

Step 5: Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the bacon is crispy.

Step 6: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Storage Information

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warm and crispy. Freezing is not recommended, as the texture of the dough and cheese may change.
