Drain excess grease./nStep 3: Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish./nStep 4: Sprinkle the cooked sausage evenly over the biscuit pieces./nStep 5: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder./nStep 6: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and biscuits./nStep 7: Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top./nStep 8: Drizzle melted butter lightly over everything.
Step 9: Bake for 30–35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown./nStep 10: Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through. This dish can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
