Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the prepared pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until just set but still slightly soft. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Brush the pizza crust lightly with olive oil. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the crust.
Step 4: Sprinkle the cooked sausage and bacon evenly over the eggs.
Step 5: Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle sliced green onions on top.
Step 6: Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
Step 7: Slice and serve hot. Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftover slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster oven or oven until warmed through. For best results, avoid microwaving to preserve crust texture. Pizza can also be frozen for up to 2 months; reheat directly from frozen at 375°F until heated through.
