Shrimp & Crab Garlic Bombs

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Slice the French bread into 2-inch thick pieces, cutting about 3/4 of the way through each piece to create pockets.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Step 4: In another bowl, mix the chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, and Parmesan.

Step 5: Spread a generous amount of garlic butter inside each bread pocket. Stuff each one with the seafood-cheese mixture.

Step 6: Arrange the stuffed bread on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are golden brown.

Step 7: Remove from oven and serve warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Storage Information

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through. Freezing is not recommended due to the seafood and cheese mixture.
