Instructions
Step 1: Season steak, chicken, and shrimp individually with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak to preferred doneness (about 3–4 minutes per side for medium). Remove and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
Step 4: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove.
Step 5: Sauté bell peppers and onions in olive oil in the same skillet until tender-crisp, about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Reheat mashed potatoes with butter, season, and form scoops using an ice cream scoop for presentation.
Step 7: Return steak (sliced), chicken (sliced), and shrimp to the skillet with veggies. Serve hot with mashed potatoes and garnish with green onions.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave. Mashed potatoes can be revived with a splash of milk when reheating. Not recommended for freezing due to texture changes.
