Instructions
Step 1: Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika./n
Step 2: In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chili powder./n
Step 3: Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture evenly over them./n
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the ribs are tender and cooked through./n
Step 5: Optional: Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize the sauce./n
Step 6: Spoon extra sauce over the ribs before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop with extra sauce to keep them moist.
These ribs can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
