Storage and Reheating Tips
Kota is best enjoyed fresh due to its layered textures and sauces. If necessary, store the cooked components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat meats and fries in the oven or air fryer before assembling to maintain crispness. Avoid storing the fully assembled kota, as the bread may become soggy.
