Step 1: Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely charred. Remove and let rest.
Step 4: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 5: Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let sauce thicken for 3-4 minutes.
Step 6: Toss in the cooked linguine and stir to coat evenly.
Step 7: Slice the Cajun chicken and serve on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Storage Information
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat with a splash of cream or milk to maintain creaminess. For best flavor and texture, store pasta and chicken separately if possible.
