Instructions
Step 1 Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside./n
Step 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks./n
Step 3 Season the beef with salt and black pepper, then add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant./n
Step 4 Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar, mixing well./n
Step 5 Pour in beef broth or water and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes./n
Step 6 Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until evenly coated in the sauce./n
Step 7 Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles and mix well.
Step 8 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to loosen the sauce, or microwave in short intervals while stirring.
