Instructions

Step 1 Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2 Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then sear until browned on all sides and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
Step 3 In the same pan, add butter and cook the steak briefly again for extra flavor, then set aside.
Step 4 Heat another pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
Step 5 Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
Step 6 Add chilled rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine with the eggs.
Step 7 Cook for several minutes until heated through and slightly crisp, then stir in green onions.
Step 8 In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Step 9 Add garlic, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 10 Sauté for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 11 Serve steak bites alongside fried rice and sautéed vegetables.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat steak in a skillet over medium heat to maintain texture. Reheat fried rice with a splash of water in a pan or microwave. Sautéed vegetables are best reheated quickly in a skillet to keep their crispness.
