Steak, Eggs & Fries Plate

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2. Toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Step 3. Spread the fries in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy.

Step 4. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 6. Sear the steak bites in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.

Step 7. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.

Step 8. Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 9. Stir in the diced red chili and fresh parsley. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Step 10. In a separate nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 11. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook sunny-side up until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny.

Step 12. Season the eggs lightly with salt and black pepper.

Step 13. Arrange the crispy fries, sunny-side-up eggs, and garlic herb steak bites on serving plates.

Step 14. Spoon any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the steak.

Step 15. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftover steak, fries, and eggs in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat the steak gently in a skillet over medium-low heat to maintain tenderness.

For the best texture, reheat fries in an oven or air fryer until crisp.

Eggs are best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated briefly in a skillet over low heat.

Cooked steak can be frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
