Instructions
Step 1: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add steak strips and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Heat the remaining oil and sauté garlic, onions, carrots, and bell peppers for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Add bok choy or spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 5: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 6: Add cooked noodles, steak, and shrimp back to the skillet. Pour the sauce over and toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with extra red pepper flakes or sesame seeds if desired.
Storage Information
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until warmed through. Not recommended for freezing as the noodles may lose texture.
