Instructions:
Step 1: Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside to rest.

Step 2: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Step 3: Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.

Step 4: Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.

Step 5: Return shrimp to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Step 6: Serve steaks topped with creamy Cajun shrimp and sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Storage Information:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop over low heat to prevent the cream sauce from separating. Avoid microwaving if possible to maintain the steak’s texture.
