Sticky BBQ Wings and Ribs with Saucy Fries

Instructions:
step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Season chicken wings and ribs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
step 2 Place ribs and wings on a baking tray lined with foil. Cover ribs with foil and bake both for 40 minutes.
step 3 While they bake, mix all BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl.
step 4 After 40 minutes, brush the BBQ sauce generously on ribs and wings. Return to oven uncovered and bake for another 20–30 minutes, basting occasionally, until sticky and caramelised.
step 5 For fries, fry or bake until golden and crisp. Season with salt and paprika.
step 6 Mix mayonnaise and spicy mayo together. Drizzle over hot fries.
step 7 Serve the sticky wings and ribs with saucy fries on the side.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat ribs and wings in the oven at 180°C (350°F) until hot. Fries are best fresh but can be crisped in an air fryer or oven.
