Instructions
Step 1 Season the ribs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder /n
Step 2 Place the ribs into a slow cooker or baking dish /n
Step 3 In a bowl, mix garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth /n
Step 4 Pour the sauce evenly over the ribs /n
Step 5 Cook on low for 6–7 hours in a slow cooker or bake covered at 325°F (165°C) for 2–2.5 hours until tender /n
Step 6 Remove ribs and set aside /n
Step 7 Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce and simmer until thickened /n
Step 8 Return ribs to the sauce and coat well /n
Step 9 Optional: broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize the glaze /n
Step 10 Serve warm
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave with extra sauce to keep them moist. These ribs can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw overnight before reheating.
