Step 1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

/n Step 8 In a bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
/n Step 9 Drizzle salad with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice, then toss.
/n Step 10 Plate the glazed chicken with potatoes and salad, then serve warm.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat chicken in the oven or skillet to maintain its glaze. Potatoes can be reheated in a pan or microwave. Salad is best prepared fresh, but ingredients can be stored separately and assembled when needed.
