Instructions
Step 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth.
Step 2. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes to help create tender crepes.
Step 3. Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
Step 5. Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 6. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the finished crepes on a plate.
Step 7. Fold or roll the crepes and place them onto serving plates.
Step 8. Top the crepes with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
Step 9. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the crepes and finish with powdered sugar before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Keep strawberries and whipped cream separate until ready to serve for the freshest texture.
Reheat plain crepes in a skillet over low heat or microwave for a few seconds until warm.
These crepes are best enjoyed fresh while soft and tender.
