Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Step 2: Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, whisking until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Step 3: Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes for softer crepes.
Step 4: Heat a lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Step 5: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling quickly to spread it into a thin circle.
Step 6: Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 7: Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Step 8: Spread Nutella over one half of each crepe and top with sliced strawberries.
Step 9: Fold the crepes into triangles or roll them up as desired.
Step 10: Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Place parchment paper between crepes to prevent sticking.
Reheat crepes in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.
Add fresh strawberries and powdered sugar after reheating for the best presentation and flavor.
