Surf and Turf Pasta Recipe

Instructions:
Step 1: Season the lamb chops with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear lamb chops for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
Step 4: In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
Step 5: In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 6: Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Let sauce thicken slightly.
Step 7: Toss cooked spaghetti in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
Step 8: Plate the pasta and top with grilled lamb chops and garlic butter shrimp.

Storage and Reheating Tips:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat pasta gently in a pan over low heat with a splash of cream or milk. Reheat lamb and shrimp separately in a skillet for best texture—avoid microwaving to keep them from becoming rubbery.
