Instructions
Step 1: Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
Step 2: Layer the greens down the center of the tortilla.
Step 3: Add tuna, diced avocado, and sliced egg on top of the greens.
Step 4: Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice or a light mayo drizzle if using.
Step 5: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve.
Storage Information
Best enjoyed fresh. If prepping ahead, store components separately and assemble just before eating. Wrap can be stored wrapped tightly in plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 1 day.
