Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness during roasting.
Step 3: In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, paprika garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Step 4: Arrange the seasoned wings on one baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.
Step 5: On the second baking sheet, toss the thick-cut fries with a light drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Place both sheets in the oven and roast for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring the fries halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate, arranging the wings and fries together.
Step 8: Serve immediately with ketchup on the side for dipping and enjoy while hot.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftover wings and fries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep them separate if possible to prevent the fries from absorbing moisture.
To reheat, place the wings on a baking sheet and warm in a 350°F oven for about 10 to 12 minutes until heated through and crispy again. For fries, reheat in the oven at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes for best results.
For quick reheating, an air fryer works wonderfully for both wings and fries, restoring their crispiness in just 5 to 7 minutes.
