Step 1: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add corn to the pot and continue boiling for another 5–7 minutes until both potatoes and corn are tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create your seasoning butter.
Step 4: In a large baking tray or foil pan, layer the boiled potatoes and corn, followed by the shrimp, crab legs, and sausage.
Step 5: Pour the seasoned butter evenly over the entire mixture and toss gently to coat everything well.
Step 6: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover tray with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes until shrimp is cooked through and everything is heated.
Step 7: Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Storage Information
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven or on the stovetop with a bit of extra butter or water to maintain moisture. Best enjoyed fresh for maximum flavor and texture.
