Bacon Cheeseburger Plate with Curly Fries & Loaded Milkshakes

Instructions

Step 1. Preheat the oven or air fryer and cook the curly fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.

Step 2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and garlic powder to make the burger sauce.

Step 3. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into burger patties. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 4. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Step 5. Grill or pan-fry the burger patties over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.

Step 6. During the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.

Step 7. Butter and toast the brioche buns until lightly golden.

Step 8. Spread burger sauce on the bottom buns. Add lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, and pickle slices.

Step 9. Place the cheeseburger patties on the prepared buns and top with two slices of bacon each. Finish with the top buns.

Step 10. For the Cookies & Cream Milkshake, blend the ice cream, milk, and sandwich cookies until smooth. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside serving glasses and pour in the milkshake. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cookie.

Step 11. For the Salted Caramel Milkshake, blend the ice cream, milk, and caramel sauce until smooth. Drizzle caramel inside serving glasses and pour in the milkshake. Top with whipped cream, an extra scoop of ice cream, toffee bits, and more caramel sauce.

Step 12. Serve the bacon cheeseburgers with hot curly fries and the loaded milkshakes.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store cooked burger patties, bacon, and toppings separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat burger patties in a skillet or microwave until heated through.

Curly fries can be reheated in an oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes to restore crispness.

Milkshakes are best enjoyed immediately and should not be stored after preparation.

For the freshest results, assemble burgers just before serving.
