Step 1: In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch until evenly coated. /n

Step 5: Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant. /n
Step 6: Return the beef to the pan and add oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper. /n
Step 7: Pour in beef broth and stir well to combine, letting the sauce thicken. /n
Step 8: Add chopped green onions, toss everything together, and cook for another minute before serving.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Add a splash of water or broth if needed to loosen the sauce.
