Step 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the pie crust into a pie dish.

Step 2 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft.

Step 3 Add garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.

Step 4 In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.

Step 5 Spread the shrimp mixture evenly into the pie crust.

Step 6 Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.

Step 7 Pour the egg mixture over the filling.

Step 8 Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.

Step 9 Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat slices in the oven at 325°F (165°C) until warmed through or microwave in short intervals. This pie can also be enjoyed cold or at room temperature.
