Step 1: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a muffin tin./n
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and egg, mixing until just combined./n
Step 3: Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until evenly incorporated./n
Step 4: Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing lightly into each cup./n
Step 5: Optionally, spread a small amount of ketchup on top of each portion./n
Step 6: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked and juices run clear./n
Step 7: Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage and Reheating Tips
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave or oven at 180°C (350°F) until warmed through.
These muffins freeze well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
